Summary:
This position provides Human Resources services, implements Human Resources programs, and policies in a specific client area. The role functions as a partner to a client's management team and staff, develops an in-depth knowledge of the client's operations, and contributes to the short and long term goals and objectives of the organization, often by collaborating with the Human Resources Centers of Expertise. Exemplifies the Rush mission, vision and ICARE values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures.

Required Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Seven years of HR Generalist of Business Partner experience, or an equivalent combination of experiences in one or more Center of Expertise, such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Recruitment, or Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, lead and manage projects in a heavily matrix environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
• Prior Change Management experience.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
• PHR, SPHR and/or Master's degree.
Responsibilities:
1. Develops, oversees, manages, and ensures delivery of Human Resources services and programs. Responsible for providing HR leadership for activities such as strategic staffing, employee relations consulting, talent management initiatives, organizational development initiatives, compensation planning and administration, change management, conflict management, equal opportunity/affirmative action, diversity and inclusion initiatives, leader consulting, HR communications.
2. Acts as a primary point of contact and provides counsel and consulting services to internal partner across all levels of the organization, including Senior Leaders.
3. Translates organizational needs into plans of action to achieve organizational goals and strategies.
4. Collaborates with Centers of Expertise (Employee Relations, Compensation, Benefits, HRIS, Recruitment, and Talent Management) and oversees project work connected to the client to ensure cohesive delivery of HR programs and services to the client.
5. Designs and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives specifically focused on increasing organizational, team, and individual performance throughout staff and line functions.
6. Acts as an HR Liaison for delivery of HR programs, which includes presentation and facilitation of programs with large leader and employee groups as well as written communications.
