Position Summary:
Senior Financial Analyst, reporting to Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis within the Financial Planning & Analysis area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Plays a key role in the preparation, analysis and communication of monthly results, annual budgets, and long-range plans, including capital expenditures and management presentations.
2. Manage monthly and quarterly financial review process for assigned business units and review on a continual basis.
3. Assist business unit managers with the preparation, analysis, review, and other aspects of financial updates.
4. Prepare reports for management review and Board presentations.
5. Create and maintain a dashboard for operating division and KPI monitoring.
6. Ad-hoc projects and reporting done to enhance business profitability.
7. Continue to drive process enhancement and process improvement in the reporting, forecasting, and budgeting functions via automation and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. 5-7 years’ Accounting/Finance experience. Financial services industry experience preferred, but not required.
3. Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Strong coordination, relationship, teamwork, and partnership skills with ability to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently, within a team and cross-functionally.
7. Demonstrate good judgment and integrity in all interactions and decision making.
