Senior Financial Analyst - Real Estate
Location: Fort Myers, FL Area - Relocation Assistance Available
GLC Group has been engaged by a large real estate firm in Fort Myers to identify a talented Senior Financial Analyst. This role is ideal for a financial professional with strong commercial real estate experience, particularly in asset management, underwriting, and financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the VP of Finance in financial analysis, reporting, and asset management.
- Analyze investment opportunities, including multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
- Maintain and update financial models in MS Excel and ARGUS Enterprise.
- Assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
- Track asset performance and conduct variance analysis to ensure optimal returns.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and the Advisory Board.
- Perform market research to identify trends and risks impacting investment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Real Estate.
- 3-5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on commercial or mixed-use real estate.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ARGUS Enterpris e.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and deliver results under pressure.
