Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager of Quality Management Systems (QMS) Operations! This position can be performed at any J&J Site in North America, with a preference for Raritan, NJ.

Position Summary:

Enterprise Quality is a comprehensive organization within J&J that focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality & compliance. As the Senior Manager of QMS Operations, you will oversee the operations of Johnson & Johnson's Technology Services QMS, focusing on quality system elements required for GxP decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provides QMS oversight and execution services for the J&J Technology Services (JJT-TS) quality elements.
  2. Establishes and maintains quality assurance standards adhering to GxP practices and ISO regulations.
  3. Own and implement process improvement projects within the QMS elements.
  4. Develops and reports on key quality metrics.
  5. Supports & leads inspections and coordinates with J&J corporate organizations and Health Authorities.
  6. Provide an environment that encourages the company’s credo and the value of a diverse workforce.

People Management

  1. Identifies critical skills and capabilities for developing a high-performing QMS.
  2. Supports the development of indirect reports including training and mentoring.
  3. Works with Quality Operations leadership to nurture future leaders.
  4. Mentors talent and helps them grow in their careers.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. An advanced or Master's degree is preferred.

Required:

  1. 8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/med device/biotech industry.
  2. Advanced proficiency in Data Integrity, Testing, and Quality Management Systems.
  3. Experience with management of Quality Management Systems elements.
  4. Strong understanding of Global and Regional GxP Regulations.

Preferred:

  1. Working knowledge of Agile, PMO, SDLC, GAMP 5, and ITIL frameworks.
  2. Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools.
  3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Other:

This position may require up to 10% domestic & international travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000-207,000 USD. Employees may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and various company-sponsored employee benefit programs.
