Responsibilities:

• Complete our Jackson Hewitt Customer Service Associate training • Greet all clients with a friendly and professional demeanor • Schedule Tax Preparer appointments, coordinate client flow through the process, and keep clients engaged during periods of wait time • Quickly and accurately input sensitive and confidential client data, Form W2s, and other tax documentation into our proprietary software • Answer phones and resolve client issues • Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting workplace, which may include removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters and glass, etc.

Requirements:

• 2+ years Customer Service experience • High School diploma or equivalent • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume retail environment • Bilingual Spanish is a plus • Basic knowledge of computer functions, including setup of office computer systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues
