Job Description
The General Manager (GM) will oversee daily operations of Taco Heart, ensuring both long term and immediate goals are being achieved. The GM must be inspiring to staff and guests alike, moving easily between an approach grounded in the ideals of Taco Heart’s core values and the practicalities of running a sustainably profitable business. Ideally, Taco Heart is seeking a GM with a kitchen management/chef background, but we are willing to consider someone who came up in the front of house.

Schedule
Average 45 hour work week
3 Office Days
2 Floor MOD Shifts
Must be available to work weekends through training period (first 3 months)
Every other weekend after initial training (alternate 6 day and 4 day work weeks)
Flexibility with other managers as needed for vacations and illness
Compensation
$65-72k annual salary depending on experience
2 weeks paid vacation
- Taco Heart generally closes for a couple days around Christmas and on Thanksgiving - these days will not count towards vacation days
