We are in search of an Assistant Manager who is seeking an entry level management position. The ideal candidate loves sales, is responsible, ambitious and diligent. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Retreat Director in managing all aspects of the Daily Operations.
  2. Directly assist the Retreat Director to supervise all aspects of Retreat operations, from driving revenue and profitability, ensuring brand systems and processes are adhered to with consistency through each shift.
  3. Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate new hire training, in-the-moment coaching, role playing and on-going sales training.
  4. Stay updated on all services, products and promotions, be diligent in setting the example for your team.
  5. Effectively manage team members to ensure proper execution of daily operations.
  6. Collaborate with the Retreat Director to set individual team member goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals.
  7. Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal goals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1-year sales, retail or spa management experience.
  • Self-starter mentality with leadership, organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution.
  • Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline.
  • Basic business math skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
