We are working exclusively with an innovative immuno-oncology company in Boston MA, to find a Medical Director to join their dynamic team. This organization is dedicated to developing transformative cancer treatments that leverage the power of the immune system, aiming to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.


The Role:

As the Medical Director, you will lead the medical strategy, clinical development, and regulatory interactions for the company's immuno-oncology programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide medical expertise, and ensure that clinical programs align with the company’s strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee clinical development and medical strategy for oncology programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful clinical operations.
  • Provide leadership in regulatory interactions and during clinical trials.
  • Work closely with CROs, site investigators, and site staff to ensure trial success.
  • Ensure alignment of clinical programs with the company's timelines and regulatory requirements.


Qualifications:

  • MD or PhD in a relevant field.
  • Significant oncology experience is essential.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience with regulatory interactions and clinical development.
  • Medical board certification is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
