The Role:
As the Medical Director, you will lead the medical strategy, clinical development, and regulatory interactions for the company's immuno-oncology programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide medical expertise, and ensure that clinical programs align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical development and medical strategy for oncology programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful clinical operations.
- Provide leadership in regulatory interactions and during clinical trials.
- Work closely with CROs, site investigators, and site staff to ensure trial success.
- Ensure alignment of clinical programs with the company's timelines and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- MD or PhD in a relevant field.
- Significant oncology experience is essential.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with regulatory interactions and clinical development.
- Medical board certification is preferred.
