District Manager

Responsibilities
- Ensure all locations open on time, remain open until scheduled to close, and are staffed appropriately for the business.
- Collect and review KPIs on an ongoing daily basis to confirm we are pacing to hit goals.
- Send a brief daily recap email at the conclusion of the day to communicate ongoing challenges, opportunities, and wins.
- Send agenda for the following week no later than Saturday 7pm to RM.
- Be the cheerleader for your teams and maintain a high level of positivity and motivation at all times.
- Hold your team accountable through performance management.
- Deal with claims, warranties, and customer complaints that exceed $100.
- Handle Personal Action Forms for employee changes.
- Grow the business by increasing customer count and maintaining current fleet accounts.
- Conduct interviews and recruit for your market.
- Manage social media customer feedback and Google reviews.
- Verify payroll accuracy every Thursday.
- Approve all orders while staying within the budget.
- Respond to all emails with detail, professionalism, and positivity.
- Ensure cross-training and manage turnover professionally.
- Encourage your team to compete and have fun through company incentives and initiatives.
- Complete all admin needs by Monday 8am.
Expectations
- Work 5 days, 50 hours in stores while being engaged and available when needed.
- Be a true leader and build a team that enjoys and takes pride in their work.
- Increase sales, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Teach, train, coach, and motivate your teams.
- Give good direction and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Ensure a great customer and employee experience.

- Strong communication and computer skills (Excel, Word, email, text, Zoom).
