ArcLight Consulting seeks a highly motivated and talented Sales Lead looking to expand their career with an ambitious dynamic consulting company for their Oracle Practice. The objective of the position is to build a pipeline of opportunities, qualify, and close opportunities which fit our ideal client profile. The Business Development Lead will operate in a matrixed environment supporting Alliances, Sales and Service Line Directors.

We are looking for someone who is driven by results and detail oriented – who thrives in a fast-paced environment and welcomes change when it yields better outcomes. They are dedicated to constantly expanding their expertise and knowledge in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) space to ensure the highest level of personal and company success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5-7 years leading sales in the ERP field, Oracle highly preferred
  • 4-year undergraduate degree
  • Track record of creating productive relationships with direct and indirect influencers
  • Ability to navigate internal systems and external systems for tracking leads, contacts, status
  • Experience creating and delivering presentations conveying germane value propositions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales process from opportunity identification through deal close.
