We are seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and market expansion in New York, Massachusetts, New England, and Connecticut, strengthening our team and growing our business. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong business development and sales experience. HVAC industry knowledge and a proven track record in sales strategies and market expansion are a plus.

Your Role and Impact
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive growth and expand our market presence. You will use your HVAC expertise to identify business opportunities, solve issues, develop strategic sales plans, and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and update critical information in our CRM (Pipedrive) for effective sales tracking.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, owners, and distributors.
  • Educate and promote our innovative HVAC solutions.
  • Manage the sales process from opportunity identification to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and after-sales support.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone like you - dynamic, highly adaptable, and equipped with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with and guide our clients with empathy. Your strong customer focus and enthusiasm for product knowledge will be essential to thriving in this role. You excel both independently and in collaboration with others, bringing a targeted mindset, problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and optimism.

  • Strong background in business development, ideally in HVAC.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and expand market presence.
  • Proven networking skills to build long-term relationships.
  • No travel restrictions, willing to spend most of your time visiting customers.
  • At least 3 years in a similar role, preferably in HVAC.
  • Living in the State of New York or Connecticut is strategic.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office tools.
