Lateral Link is assisting an Am Law 200 firm with a nationally recognized litigation practice to fill two mid-level securities associate positions in: (1) Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and (2) Wilmington, Delaware.
The ideal candidate in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania will have at least three to five years of securities experience, preferably in investigations, disputes, and defense of charges by state and federal agencies and an active Pennsylvania Bar license. The firm handles sophisticated transactions and provides a national platform for associates to grow a robust practice. The ideal candidate in Wilmington, Delaware will have at least four years of securities experience, preferably in shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary claims, and experience as lead counsel in state or federal court and an active Delaware Bar license (or ability to waive-in).
