In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development and integration of the technical products (Space Arrangements, Electrical Products, HVAC impacts, Electrical impacts, Electronic Cooling Water impacts, etc.) that in total represent a complete Technical Data Package (TDP).This role can be located in either San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, Washington, DC, Chesapeake, VA or Moorestown, NJ. This role is contingent upon contract award.What You Will DoInterface with the government sponsor to take direction on products requiring development and keeps the government POC informed of progress and TDP delivery datesOrganize design team resources to ensure effective production of goods and/or servicesProvide work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of workPrepare reports and records for the government as requiredManage the development of TDPsIntegrate the products into a complete TDPInterface with the government sponsorPrepare reports that provide a status of TDP developmentsEnsure all components of the TDP are being developedWhat You Must HaveStrongly prefer a Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in a relevant field and 10+ years of experience as a Design Engineer/Integrator for large ships (or 15+ years of experience without a degree).Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger Navy and Marine Corps Sector.A US DoD Secret security clearance is required.US Citizenship is required.9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field.Bonus Points For...Prefer candidates with AEGIS Combat Systems experienceExperience with Combat Systems Integration.Physical RequirementsOffice, industrial or shipboard environment.
