As the Controller, you will lead a team of high quality individuals within accounting who take ownership for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, transactional accounting, fixed assets, performance and profitability analysis for all divisions.
Work closely with the executive team and operational leaders while driving change that improves efficiencies via process improvement and better utilization of technology applications.
Lead the initiative to document all current processes, identify standards & best practices then optimize efficiency across all aspects of accounting and financial management.
Analyze, select, purchase & lead the implementation of new technology tools, applications, and modules within the current ERP platform to improve efficiencies while cutting costs & preparing the company for increased volume tied to continued growth.
