Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Development at HYPE. The Director of Development will be responsible for planned giving, annual giving, philanthropy, budgeting, and fundraising activities. They will also work closely with the executive team and board members to ensure revenue-generating activities are aligned with organizational goals and long-term sustainability. The role is based in Atlanta, GA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
- Planned Giving and Annual Giving skills
- Philanthropy and Fundraising experience
- Budgeting expertise
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience working in the non-profit sector - preferred experience working in STEM education and/or youth-serving organizations
- Knowledge of donor management systems
- Must live in metro-Atlanta
