Sr. Functional Lead

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Document client functional and non-functional requirements based on new/updated policies and products.
2. Conduct design sessions to develop detailed requirements for the proposed features of custom product requirements.
3. Lead demos of the product features/functionalities to the client teams and help them determine appropriate product configuration settings based on their business requirements.
4. Lead conversations with clients to identify gaps in the product to meet their business operations and help with resolution processes via change requests. Serve as the primary point of contact for client-initiated change requests (CRs).
5. Collaborate with project managers (PMs) and developers to craft potential solutions, ensuring the internal teams understand the client's business requirements, use cases, and context.
6. Assist PMs with the preparation of CR documents and creating estimates for the CRs.
7. Manage the CR through the creation and review process including scheduling meetings and tracking action items. Walk the client through proposed solutions for release information.
8. Assist the internal UAT lead with triaging defects and engage PMs and others as necessary to resolve questions.
9. Collaborate with the Client Success Manager and other stakeholders to evaluate risks and cost evaluation of implementation.
10. Review project deliverables like requirements documents, use case documents, data analysis & system performance reports, user guides, and training documents.
11. Create, maintain and monitor the project plan, cost-benefit, and milestone documents along with the release and project management team.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

Requires proficient knowledge of the following skills:

SQL, PL/SQL, C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Android API, ASP & JSP Scripts, CSS, XML, HTML, XQuery, JIRA, Microsoft SharePoint.
