Repair Technician

The ideal candidate has repair experience and is willing and able to perform the below duties.

Responsibilities

• Complete repair tasks as needed by the company
• Will work with members of both our exteriors and production team, with likely 2 days dedicated to exteriors and 3 to production
• Shingle Replacement, Flashing replacement, simple flat roof repairs, simple gutter repairs. Window beading, screen replacement, painting, basic carpentry, and additional handyman work. Source materials and work with suppliers. Document work completed. Communicate and schedule with homeowners.
• Will perform Quality Control as needed. Take photographs for insurance documentation and quality, etc.
• Set ladders for inspections, magnetic nail sweeps and general quality control.
• Completing any duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with such a position that will be assigned to you from time to time

Qualifications

• Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
• Repair work experience
• Onsite work in the field
