About the Role // You'll be a creative, collaborative member of the Extensis sales team, working with prospects to qualify meetings and sales opportunities. This role will be fast-paced and challenging, and a successful candidate will be motivated to hit and exceed targets. You should be personable, driven, comfortable on the phone and in video presentations, and be intrinsically motivated to prospect and develop opportunities from a home office. Team meetings are scheduled monthly in person in our Tigard office, so we're hiring in OR or SW WA only.


What You'll Do // Your responsibilities in this role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Run outbound campaigns through Salesloft aimed at our targeted accounts through emailing and call cadences
  • Book meetings from your list of target prospect accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads from our website through video calls
  • Handoff Enterprise deals to Account Executives
  • Manage SMB deals through a full sales cycle with support from Sales Manager
  • Be disciplined with CRM updates and daily task management


What You Bring // In addition to a positive attitude, a desire to learn and a passion for what you do, the ideal candidate will also have the following:

  • 1+ year inside or outside sales experience. Special consideration may be given to candidates with experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of quota and goal achievement.
  • A motivated prospector who likes to be rewarded for effort
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfort with digital tools
  • Ability to qualify and identify customer business needs to recommend relevant solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience using a CRM tool
  • A great listener and ease with advising a customer through the sales process
  • You are competitive and have high expectations of your performance.
  • You are intelligent, curious, and a problem-solver
