The Sr. Director, Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM), is responsible for leading the organization's cloud security efforts in access provisioning, governance, and administration. This role will provide strategic guidance on cloud Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and drive the adoption of cloud IAM solutions. The Sr. Director will design and implement a centralized cloud access management architecture, automating provisioning and governance across various Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) such as Azure, AWS, GCP, Oracle, and others. Additionally, this role will oversee the security of cloud-hosted applications, servers, databases, and other technologies. With a cloud-forward mindset, this role will lead internal and external system security, particularly cloud services, ensuring the right access to the right systems at the right times for the right reasons.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise cloud provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review capabilities
- Guide IGA product and service delivery through Agile development practices in alignment with technology partners on delivery and sustainability of those products and services
- Manage enterprise-wide cloud adoption alignment and execution on all aspects of cloud IAM, enabling users to have the appropriate levels of access, at the appropriate time
- Establish and produce key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide visibility into the performance of cloud IAM operations and the effectiveness of organizational controls
- Support development and execution of processes necessary to assure that our cloud services meet the organization's information security, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Deliver on enterprise cloud IAM audit and compliance requirements, supporting the enterprise financial reporting obligations along with external reporting expected by our customer accounts/clients and regulators
- Lead the design and development of scalable cloud IAM platform solutions that align with cyber security strategy, accepted best practices, business requirements, policies, and Information Security standards
- Promote cross functional collaboration and cloud strategy alignment across the organization and its NIEs
- Direct cloud IAM teams in investigation and resolution of complex privacy, security, and access management problems
- Improve overall IAM service, focusing on operational, process and resource efficiency
- Serve as a leader/ mentor within the cloud IAM group
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of information, identity, access, cyber security, and technology risk concepts, with a solid ability to articulate those risks in business terms

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of IT security experience with increasing levels of responsibility
- 5+ years of Cloud Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience across varying Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) (i.e. AWS, Azure and GCP)
- 5+ years of leading and managing a global workforce
- 5+ years of experience managing across geographically diverse associates, business lines, and vendor partners
- 5+ years of writing and communicating with executive leaders
- 3+ years of Cloud Engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CISSP, CISM, or CISA certification
- Healthcare Industry experience
