Shift Details
Pay | $16.75 per hour + $3 shift differential (base pay may be higher depending on experience)
Schedule | Thursdays (12:30 PM - 6:30 PM) + Friday - Sunday (6:30 AM - 6:30 PM)
Essential tasks:
The role involves actively leading and supporting company objectives, ensuring equipment is safely and efficiently operated to meet customer quality requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment, verifying manufacturing orders, making process adjustments, and ensuring quality practices are followed. Tasks include loading trailers, operating cranes, receiving materials, supporting press operations, and performing product inspections. The role emphasizes maintaining cleanliness through the 5S system and continually improving departmental measures to meet customer service and satisfaction standards.
Qualifications: One year of manufacturing experience preferred; shipping and receiving experience is preferred.
