We are looking for a communicative, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate sales activity records.
  • Serve as the communication link between sales, customers, and internal departments.
  • Process sales orders and follow through on delivery and invoicing.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive attitude toward self-development and professionalism.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in data entry.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
