Travel Nurse RN - PCU in Columbia, SC

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse
**Job Specialty:** Cardiac Step-Down
**Job Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift:** Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Facility may call off one shift every two weeks.
**Experience:** 2 years of experience required
**License:** SC or Multi State/Compact RN license required. Must be active prior to starting.
**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS (from American Heart Association)
**Must-Have:**
- Telemetry skills
- IV Start skills
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
**Job Description:**
- Work three 12-hour night shifts per week, including rotating weekends and holidays as needed.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 on the assigned unit.
- May be required to float to other campuses due to census or staffing needs, with a possible increase in patient ratio to 1:6.
- Provide direct patient care to cardiac step-down patients.
- Complete orientation with 16 non-billable hours and additional modules as required.
- Wear Royal Blue or Black scrubs, optionally combined with White.
- Utilize Epic for charting and documentation.
- Flu Vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only.
- Comply with on-call requirements as necessary and may participate in emergency response during hurricane season.
- Open to block scheduling upon management approval if needed.
