Primary Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Service Delivery Mangers within the Enterprise Information Technology and Information Security team by leading the Procurement Intake Process (PIR) for work related to the Managed Service Contract and other relevant work procured from our strategic partners supported by Managed Services Excellence Team (MSE).
• Liaison to the Vendor Sourcing Team to ensure requirements provided by Service Delivery Managers on procured services are communicated and documented.
• Collaborate with our internal Procurement Team to ensure PO's for PIRs are entered in PeopleSoft with corresponding transactional information such as general ledger accounts, Responsibility Centers (RCs) and project codes.
• Track and report the PIR approval process for Managed Services to ensure the PIRs are reviewed and approved in a timely basis by all relevant internal stakeholders.
• Monitor the total PO funds for Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) and Information Security (InfoSec) MSE Portfolio available against invoices paid to ensure BCBSA is operating within the permitted charges detailed in the fully executed work orders.
• Communicate reminders to stakeholders within an appropriate timeframe contract extension requirement; enter PIR's with approval from Service Delivery Managers for any amended services needed prior to contract deadlines.
• Collaborate with Financial Management Lead for MSE to deliver financial reporting of Managed Services Work for EIT and InfoSec.
• Collaborate with Performance Management Lead for MSE to collect and review Service Level Agreement values in accordance with the Managed Services MSA (Master Service Agreement).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, a related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with IT vendor relationship management and oversight is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and influencing skills.
• Knowledgeable of IT project management, tracking, reporting, and risk/issue mitigation.
• Strong analytics, written, and verbal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office product suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Tableau experience is a plus.
• Relationship management skills: ability to build relationships with suppliers, and contractors who provide a broad spectrum of IT products and services
• Strong written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
• Coordinate initiatives driven from the EIT Leadership team in support of the EIT organization. This can include any activity not directly own by an existing EIT department. (IE: support of audits, RFI/RFP/RFP Response support)
