The Richmond Group USA (TRG) is seeking an enthusiastic Tax Manager to take charge of a CPA firm in Charlottesville, VA offering you a fast track to a partner role.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee all tax engagements, ensuring top-notch compliance and results.
- Build strong client relationships and manage day-to-day tax processes.
- Prepare and review tax returns and reports, guiding and supporting the team.
- Stay ahead of tax laws and tackle any challenges that come up.

What We’re Looking For:
- A CPA with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks required, Drake Tax a plus).
