What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical expertise and support for product sales as a client-facing member of the sales team
- Conduct discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and demonstrate product solutions
- Address product feature inquiries and technical questions from customers and partners
- Guide strategic initiatives in major accounts, including customer journey sessions
- Share best practices and resources with other Solution Consultants to improve team performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or strong technical expertise in cloud software solutions
- Experience collaborating with product management, marketing, partners, and professional services
- Skills in territory management, including pipeline development and execution excellence
- Willingness to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leading customer journey sessions and strategic programs
- Familiarity with competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies
- Previous involvement in marketing events such as conferences and trade shows
