Job Summary:Hulu’s Strategic Growth team is seeking an Associate Manager, Strategic Growth to develop and deliver Premium Add-on growth initiatives that drive Hulu’s most critical KPIs, ranging from product launches to our flagship promotions. In this role, you will collaborate with teammates from marketing, product, finance, and data analytics to identify, define, and execute top priority projects for Hulu’s subscriber and operating income growth. If you are someone who is passionate about crafting and executing ideas that will continue the transformation of our media landscape, then this is a phenomenal role for you.Responsibilities:Manage marketing efforts across Premium add-on partnerships (Max, STARZ, Cinemax, Paramount+ with SHOWTIME) to maximize subscriber growth and engagementSupport a key set of content partner relationships to bring campaigns to life across all phases of the subscriber and partner lifecycle (e.g., subscriber acquisition, engagement/retention, marketing initiatives, and partnership management)Accountable for campaigns activation, execution, approvals between internal and external teams, and performance trackingWork cross-functionally to secure opportunities for Add-ons marketing exposure; develop and route creative and bring campaigns to marketMonitor performance of implemented strategies in partnership with finance and data teams to inform future strategiesKeep a finger on the pulse of current and upcoming new programming from Hulu and Premium Partners to identify priorities for promotionDevelop executive-ready presentations that succinctly communicate the strategy and go-to-market plan and performance to business leadersMinimum Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of cross-functional marketing experience (e.g. strategy, planning/execution, operations, go-to-market, partner management), either with direct-to-consumer products or servicesExceptional quantitative & analytical abilities and proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel and PowerPointHigh level of curiosity and self-motivation in digging deeper into data / trends and driving impactful insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the capability to interact across all levels and support decision-makingHigh level of partner management and interpersonal skillsExceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, high-quality workProactive by nature and comfortability with problem-solving and navigating through ambiguityAbility to multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentHighly collaborative with a team-first attitudePreferred Experience:Experience in media, tech or with subscription business modelsProficiency with common reporting tools (Tableau) are a plusRequired Education:Bachelor's degreePreferred Education:Major in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, Mathematics or another quantitative fieldThe hiring range for this position in California is $94,200-$126,200 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
