The mission of the Lone Wolf Team is to support, operate, and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.Candidates are expected to have a strong work ethic and possess the ability to work as a critical member of a team in pursuit of mission objectives and in support of our customers. To be successful in this role, you'll be able to rapidly adapt and learn how to operate the front and back end of new products and processes.Responsibilities:Demonstrate ability to plan, track, and monitor various projects for the organization. They oversee the financial management and analysis of contract task orders, subcontract finances, purchasing requests, and revenue forecasting. They work with the program manager to develop and implement plans and processes for tracking program requirementsCreating and implementing data management collection techniquesManage Work breakdown structures and charge codes on the programTracking Expense Report/Authorization throughout the reimbursement processAnalyzing data to determine better ways to implement corporate guidelines while maintaining profit marginsIdentifying program needs based on data collected and analyzedParticipating in strategic planning meetingsAssist personnel with Travel request and manage the processEnsuring that all changes in programs and outcomes are well documentedPerforming data validation and implementing quality control measures to ensure the continued success of programsCreating budgetary controls and financial management processes#divergentStrong understanding of timekeeping and financial management systems such as DELTEK/ Costpoint /COGNOS financial managementsFirm understanding of industry best practicesStrong spreadsheet and presentation skillsStrong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to calculate statistics like mathematical averages and percentagesAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to adapt to changing technologyEffective communication skillsPreferred:7+ Years’ experience with the DFAR3+ Years using Costpoint or other workforce time record keeping software5+ years managing large amounts of data and understand how to process that data for practical applications3+ years of experience with project management or program analysis in finance
