The Clinical Program Consultant (CPC) is responsible for overall program management and integration of biophysical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies by assisting clients in identifying clinical and program opportunities, providing consultations related to enhancing patient treatment outcomes, and adding operational efficiencies. The clinical program consultant manages ACP programs and technology integrations as the clinical expert within an assigned territory.

The Territory for this position will include the following areas: Baltimore Washington Corridor, including East Shore of MD and Southern DE (DE, MD, DC, Northern VA). The ideal candidate would reside in Annapolis, Alexandria, Arlington, or Fairfax, VA.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Five (5) or more years of related experience
  • Current licensure in physical therapy or occupational therapy as a registered therapist.
  • Long-Term Care or Geriatric Rehab Experience including knowledge of PDPM, Quality measures/5 Star ratings, Medicare, and other LTC payer sources
  • Able to travel as needed including overnight stays and adjust work hours accordingly as well as manage travel (including air flights and rental cars)
  • A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures, and reliable transportation
  • Computer proficient and familiar with software tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Zoom platform. Experience using an iPad
  • Experience with using physical agent modalities and advanced rehab technologies
  • Experience/proficiency with Rehab Optima/Net Health EMR system
