Established in 1999, Rainbow Restoration of Upstate, SC offers Commercial and Residential Water and Fire Restoration. You are self-motivated, self-directed, and enthusiastic. You are driven to project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction while working cooperatively with others to manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. This position reports directly to the President and Director of Operations in the Company.
Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop and track KPI's for business
• Manage Accounting on specific construction jobs
• Job Budgeting
• Setting up draw schedules with clients and insuring draw schedule is being met.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and other computer software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong accounting data reporting skills
• Professional appearance and personality
• Strong team player who can also work independently

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
