IT Project Manager – IoT Focus

Summary
This PM will support the pursuit of value strategies for better portfolio management, asset operations, sustainability, customer retention, and other areas that improve the bottom line. This role will also work with others to develop industry relationships that allow us to enhance and advance the use of IoT, artificial intelligence (AI), automation, robotics, and data monetization within the portfolio.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop program(s) that improve the effectiveness of delivery and quality of the technology products that are developed within the portfolio.
2. Work with teams in our markets and leadership of the organization to improve communication, knowledge share, and to streamline internal workflows related to data/information.
3. Explore and develop business case for the integration of IoT and other new technology within the office environment.
4. Develop new methodologies for improving the customer experience at all touch points that increase the retention and attractiveness of our work environments.
5. Participate in identifying, sourcing, interviewing, and selecting innovative products and solutions. Work closely with Property Management teams to roll out selected technology solutions.
6. Be a sounding board for market teams to collaborate on best solutions, innovation tactics, sustainable practices, negotiating agreements, etc.
7. Support the budgeting for technology and tactics to be implemented.
8. Develop, update, and oversee asset building technology tactics.
9. Assist and collaborate with market teams on internal deep dive/knowledge sharing presentations, tenant pitches, proposals, and other content.
10. Inspire, motivate, and empower employees at all levels through education, training, and project integration.
11. Develop objectives, metrics, measurement, tracking protocols and tools, and dynamic feedback systems for use across the organization (i.e., consistency).

Skills we're seeking

1. 3+ years of experience with IT Project Management.
2. Experience and passion working with cross-functional teams, business leadership, and vendors to drive modern IT solutions that deliver business value – not just looking for a project manager looking to check boxes.
3. Ability to work independently – we don't have a PMO, so looking for individuals who can be flexible.
4. *Must be willing to travel 10-20% to northern California and Seattle.*

Nice to have experience

1. IoT experience.
2. Experience in the real estate industry.
