CycleBar is more than just a fitness studio; we’re a community dedicated to providing a fun and energizing experience for our members. We're seeking a motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team and drive membership sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Membership Sales: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
2. Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
3. Community Outreach: Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
4. Staff Management Support: Assist the General Manager in managing staff, including training and performance evaluations.
5. Studio Communication: Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably (2+ years) in the fitness industry.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
