Real Estate Property Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction and in accordance with our high quality of property standards.
2. Coordinate and oversee on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property.
3. Facilitate resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits, and processing applications to ensure a smooth process.
4. Advertise vacancies, obtain referrals from current tenants, show units, and showcase advantages of locations and services to help obtain new tenants.
5. Create budgets, collect rent, pay bills and perform other duties to make certain financial objectives are being met.

Qualifications:

1. Exquisite presentation and negotiation skills.
2. Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends.
3. Past sales experience is preferred.
4. High School Diploma or GED required.
5. Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Compensation:

$30,000 - $35,000 yearly
