As a VP Trade Solutions, you will provide:
- Client Relationship Management : Provide oversight to the team of Trade Solutions Analysts supporting internal teams and external clients as well as proactively engage with and serve as an escalation point of contact for institutional clients.
- Leadership & Mentoring : Ensure the Trade Solutions team operates efficiently and effectively and foster a collaborative team environment where knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are encouraged.
- Vendor Support : Provide guidance and expert advice to the team on effective means of troubleshooting technical and integration issues with software vendors providing market access, trade execution, and order management systems.
- Risk Management : Clearly communicate electronic trading risks related to order flow and changes in regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with Developers & IT Teams : Work with internal technology teams to address system issues and translate client feedback into bug fixes and system enhancements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience leading teams that support trading systems.
- Hands-on experience supporting institutional clients while building strong relationships.
- Expertise in trading platforms, order routing and trade execution management systems used by institutional clients.
- Experience troubleshooting technical and integration issues with software vendors providing market access, trade execution, and order management systems.
- Understanding of order flow, regulatory, and exchange (both US and global) related requirements.
- This is an onsite position working at the client’s Chicago office.
