This schedule can be subject to change. (Relocation benefits are available for those who are eligible).Our Day in the Life of a Finance InternUpdating and evaluating trend information and other financials presented in weekly and monthly reporting.General ledger account analysis.Journal entry and financial statement variance report preparation and ad-hoc reporting.You will be assigned to one of our areas in Finance with the opportunity to learn about others: Accounts Payable, Business Support, Inventory Control, Internal Audit, Profit Improvement, Tax, Real Estate, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Payroll.Collaborate for success; teamwork within our department is key to success and you will work with several functional areas within the department for input, ideas, and to execute your assignments.Our Finance InternsPursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field(Finance, Accounting, or other).Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2025 and August 2026Affinity for finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field.Ability to manage, analyze, and interpret financial data.Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programs with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Data-driven problem-solver who can buildand maintain productive partnerships by living our core values.Sense of curiosity, adaptability, and courage to always be a student of the business.Ability to think critically with high attention to detail andlistening, oral, and written communication skills.A self-starter who takes initiative with a sense of curiosity, adaptability, and courage to always be a student of the business.With our office located in New Jersey, reliable transportation is required as Burlington is not easily accessible by public transportation.Our Compensation and BenefitsAn hourly pay of $21 per hour.An associate discount for in-store purchases.Complimentary on-site gym.Professional development opportunities for long-term career growth.
