Job Requirements / Description
Established law firm in the South Bay is seeking a trust and estate administration paralegal to join their practice. This is a full-time position in office, so candidates must be in a commutable distance. There may be an option to work 1-2 days remote down the line.
Candidates should have 3 (or more) years of relevant experience with trust and estate administration, including, previous experience with:
- Gathering and managing asset information
- Drafting and preparing various wills, trusts and estate planning documents
- Preparing and filing court pleadings, probate documents, modification petitions, etc.
- Preparing fiduciary accountings and reports
- Researching and drafting real estate deeds
Other Requirements:
- ABA approved paralegal certificate
Salary range is up to $130K annually, depending on years of relevant experience. The firm offers comprehensive benefits package- (medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401K, profit sharing, etc.)
