Our client, one of the largest Amazon Web Services (AWS) partners for data services, is looking for Junior DevOps to contribute to their team of technologists to build and contribute to large-scale, innovative projects.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist customer with developing Kibana dashboard to highlight changes to account configs and highlight security anomalies.
2. Ensure DevOps practices and tool-sets are followed to support our drive towards continuous delivery across our multi-platform application portfolio.
3. Assist customer to build reference architectures to enable customer teams to adopt out-of-region DR.
4. Develop tools and products that are used in central automation and contribute to development milestones.
5. Continually look for ways to innovate and improve testing processes to gain efficiencies.
6. Effectively communicate DevOps activities and project risks in oral and written formats.
7. Build solutions and think holistically about engineering challenges and architecture.
8. Excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals - Algorithm design, Problem solving, Complexity analysis and data structures.
9. Expert experience in design and implementation in terms of Infrastructure Creation/Configuration and CI/CD.
10. Evangelize DevOps tools and processes.
11. Demonstrable experience in architecting, designing and developing.
12. Good troubleshooting and debugging mindset with DevOps toolsets.
13. Awareness and exposure in deploying Deep Learning models and Big data applications.

Qualifications:

1. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in the areas/tools listed below.
2. At least 5 years experience in IT consulting companies.
3. Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration and experience with automation/configuration management.
4. Experience with Kibana .
5. Strong experience in scripting languages such as Python and TypeScript.
6. Hands-on AWS platform experience; AWS Certification will be a big plus.
7. Ability to use a variety of open-source technologies and cloud services; experience with AWS is required . Some services include AWS Config, CloudTrail, SCPs, KMS, VPC, CDK.
8. Working knowledge of continuous integration platforms such as Jenkins and various other deployment tools.
9. Working knowledge of source code repositories such as Git (BitBucket), Subversion, etc.
