Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Educate and sell automobiles and services to new and existing customers.
  • Close and follow up on sales transactions.
  • Network and build relationships with the client base.
  • Consistently meet or exceed personal and company sales objectives.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
  • Prepare and process all required paperwork and documentation for sales transactions.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is welcomed but not necessary.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Personable, outgoing, and friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow processes and procedures.
  • Valid Driver's License
