**Job Title:** Maternal Child Health Registered Nurse
**Job Specialty:** Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care
**Job Duration:** 12 months
**Shift:** 12-hour shifts, 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience required
**License:** Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided
**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care
**Must-Have:**
- ACLS Certification
- Participation in the winter staffing plan
**Job Description:**
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required.
- Provide specialized care for neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and make clinical decisions in critical situations.
- Educate and support families through the neonatal care process.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
- Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field and seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years.
