Job Opening: Experienced Immigration Paralegal (Full-Time)

Location:  Dalton or Woodstock office

Position:  Immigration Paralegal

Type:  Full-Time

We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal  to join our dynamic legal team. If you are an experienced paralegal with a passion for helping clients navigate complex immigration matters and fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file a wide range of immigration petitions and applications (family-based, employment-based, removal defense, etc.)
  • Manage case files and ensure timely filing of documents
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, providing updates and gathering necessary documentation
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings, trials, and client meetings
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as an immigration paralegal
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration law and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both languages
  • Proficiency in immigration case management software (e.g., INSZoom, LawLogix) is a plus
