Job Description


Vice President Operations, Georgia and CIS
Location: Kazakhstan, home office contract.

The role requires frequent international travel.

As Vice President Operations for Georgia and the CIS, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sustainable growth, and strategic brand leadership of our legacy brands (Ibis, Novotel, Mercure, etc.). You will oversee the region’s Managed, Franchised, and Leased properties, ensuring high performance in alignment with Accor’s key KPIs and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. Your role will involve coaching and guiding General Managers across the region, supporting business development, and implementing corporate initiatives.

More precisely?

  1. Lead, coach, and manage hotel General Managers to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
  2. Ensure high levels of employee engagement across all hotels, supporting the development of high-potential talent
  3. Facilitate synergies in areas such as purchasing and collective bargaining to improve performance
  4. Provide guidelines and support for pre-opening plans, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence
  5. Lead the implementation of corporate projects, negotiating with local partners and owners for their successful rollout

Qualifications


Our ideal profile would be:

  1. Extensive experience in hospitality operations, with a proven track record in multi-unit management
  2. Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to guide General Managers and operational teams
  3. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with owners, partners, and stakeholders
  4. Experience with pre-opening processes and implementing corporate initiatives in diverse markets
  5. Strategic mindset, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and operational excellence
