Role Summary
- Responsibilities: You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process, delivering an excellent experience for all candidates, as well as working closely with hiring managers on our strategic approach to talent acquisition to drive forward company growth.
- Salary: $47,000 to $52,000 per annum, depending on your previous experience.

About the Role
Costello Medical are growing rapidly, in the US and globally, thanks to demand from new and existing clients. Our US office, located in Boston, was founded in 2020. Since its inception, the office has experienced rapid growth, doubling its team size within the first year. Our Talent Acquisition Coordinator role is ideal for someone looking to join an organization with extensive growth plans. You will have responsibility for all stages of the recruitment process for various positions across our service offerings and offices, and you will play a central role in delivering an excellent recruitment experience for all candidates. In addition to this, you will work on our strategic approach to recruitment and candidate attraction, which involves working closely with hiring managers to ensure our recruitment efforts keep pace with company growth, as well as innovating our recruitment processes.
You will also be involved in projects relating to talent acquisition, for example the coordination of our attendance at university careers fairs, as well as supporting the wider People (HR) function as we continue to innovate our practices. We are a friendly and ambitious team, and we are looking for somebody who is as passionate as we are about delivering exceptional levels of customer service both to our internal colleagues and to candidates.
As this role develops, you will have the chance to take full ownership of our US expansion and lead our recruitment efforts in this region. You will also have the potential to grow into a more senior position as your role evolves. Key responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment administration, including the creation and posting of job advertisements, overseeing the application process from reviewing applications to marking assessments and arranging interviews.
- Answering candidate queries both via email and over the phone.
- Conducting telephone interviews and greeting candidates arriving for face-to-face interviews.
- Headhunting and proactively reaching out to prospective candidates to boost our talent attraction efforts.
- Using your expertise to provide guidance and support to hiring managers regarding our talent acquisition strategies and candidate attraction methods.
- Organizing, hosting and attending career fairs with universities and other professional or student-focused organizations.
- Ensuring our recruitment procedures are fair, inclusive and comply with best practice.
- Ad-hoc tasks and projects in support of the wider People and Talent Acquisition function.

Experience in the HR or recruitment setting is useful but not required for this role. We are also able to accept applications from candidates looking to start their career in this field.
