JOB TITLE: INVENTORY SPECIALIST LEVEL 1 JOB LOCATION: MALAGA - SHIPPING SHIFT: SWING REPORTS TO: SHIFT SUPERVISOR PURPOSE: To maintain product and WMS integrity through cycle counts, product rotation and WMS research. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to obtain a Forklift Certificate. Shipping experience, preferred. Ability to read pallet IDs, GIS applications, reports and WMS tablet information, preferred. Must follow company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends, depending on business need. Must be able to read and understand written information in English. Must pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Complete daily cycle counts and rotate aged inventory. Correct inventory inaccuracies. Use WMS and GIS for inventory management functions. Meet location countback goals set by management. Stack and restack product as required. Repack damaged product. Perform other duties and instructions as directed by management. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to move in food processing facilities (sometimes through narrow passages, in wet areas, or an elevated platforms). Ability to safely drive a forklift and pallet jack. Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment. Ability to continuously work with product and equipment at ground level. Ability to inspect equipment and product. Must be able to work in different temperatures (working temperatures as hot as 100 to 110 F and as cold as - 20 F to 28 F). Must be able to work in a high noise area. Must be able to move items weighting up to 50 lbs. STARTING WAGE: $17.50 + 0.20 (NIGHT PREMIUM) / HOUR
