Job Summary
This position will serve as a champion for change and process improvement, driving excellence in Epic and User Story quality and the overall Epic-User Story Life Cycle. This role is someone who can rally the team, foster collaboration, and ensure the quality of the work aligns with the program’s goals and vision.
Required Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree and 5 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 7 year Information Technology, business analysis specific experience OR 9 years Information Technology, business analysis specific experience.
- Ability to simplify & standardize complex concepts and/or processes.
- Business acumen.
- Project management skills
- Requirements definition and management.
- Iterative, Agile, OWF, and/or Scrum development.
- Problem solving and/or analytical thinking.
- Possess ability to manage workload, and manage multiple priorities as applicable.
- Written and verbal communications.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
- Business process management and modeling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Champion change initiatives and drive process improvements within the program.
- Lead efforts to enhance the quality of Epics and User Stories, ensuring they meet predefined standards.
- Provide guidance and support to the teams on Jira best practices for efficient program management.
- Facilitate and coach others on how to facilitate well run meetings, ensuring meetings are productive and aligned with objectives.
- Identify opportunities to streamline the Epic to User Story lifecycle and implement efficiencies.
- Support the teams in forming cohesive working relationship and fostering a collaborative environment.
- BA Certification.
- Experience working in Healthcare industry.
