Pariseault Builders is seeking a talented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the Director of Business Development & Marketing. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing critical support in managing and implementing Pariseault’s marketing plan, including overseeing and coordinating RFP/RFQ responses and proposals, interview materials and PowerPoint presentations, photography initiatives, social media/website content generation and scheduling, press releases, award submissions, and related marketing matters. Responsibilities:
- Review inbound RFP/RFQ’s for requirements and coordinate specific proposal deliverables for Pariseault team members (i.e.; schedule, bid form, logistics plan, relevant experience, bonding/insurance information, etc.).
- Utilize graphic design software to prepare industry leading professional responses that specifically speak to project challenges and Pariseault’s unique competitive advantages.
- Work closely with Pariseault’s project team to prepare project themed interview materials such as professional presentations and hard copy “leave behind” collateral, which clearly communicates Pariseault’s competitive advantage and positions the company for award.
- Periodically visit job sites to capture amateur progress images, or when warranted, coordinate with Pariseault’s external professional photographer to visit the site at a strategic milestone.
- Coordinate final project photography images.
- Monitor project lifecycles and coordinate groundbreaking, topping off, and ribbon cutting ceremonies or photo opportunities with the client and other project participants/stakeholders.
- Organize and catalog all Pariseault photography assets.
- Work closely with Pariseault Business Units to create powerful content to raise the company profile within the verticals for which Pariseault specializes.
- Research and apply for project awards specific to Pariseault’s target markets.
- Coordinate advertising with industry publications to amplify press efforts.
- Research and pitch new and exciting advertising avenues that may be valuable.
- Ensure the company website is kept current with the newest content and photography.
- Engage as a key contributor during the infant stages of the development of any new company website.
- Generate intelligent and professional content and photography to share across social media. Schedule content utilizing Pariseault’s social media tool.
- Support the Pariseault team with new apparel design, jobsite branding design and marketing materials for quarterly company meetings, Construction Safety Week, Women in Construction Week, PBN’s Best Places to Work events, internship programs, employee offsite meetings, and other company events.
- Support our planned giving campaign and contribute to and coordinate strategic selections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the A/E/C industry.
- High level of creativity with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of branding and marketing concepts and the ability to craft materials focused on marketing objectives and goals.
- Aptitude to interface with high level individuals, executives, company associates, colleagues and clients.
- Team oriented with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
