The Senior Product Manager is key in helping FindLaw’s Product Management Group innovate and manage the next generation of FindLaw products, services, and solutions that help customers achieve their marketing goals. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will deliver on multiple efforts to build & bring to market new products through FindLaw’s innovation model.

This position is responsible for the development, and ongoing maintenance/optimization of FindLaw’s legal network sites including Findlaw.com. This role focuses more on the build and development side of Product Management responsibilities.

About the Role:

  1. Drive the strategic development and delivery of key FindLaw product initiatives across multiple Technology delivery teams.
  2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new FindLaw products and features, ensuring alignment across Product, Performance, UX/UI Design, Technology, and other cross-functional partners.
  3. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and work with the Technology organization to ensure products are built to those requirements.
  4. Manage the Product backlog(s), continuously balancing business priorities, removing roadblocks, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing.
  5. Work in a fast-paced Agile development environment with technology and other partner organizations.
  6. Closely monitor assigned projects, report status on a regular basis to management, and act quickly to address project issues.
  7. Create and present project updates to key internal stakeholders.
  8. Effectively communicate the customer and business benefits of new products and features to management.

About You:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Product Management or related experience.
  3. Minimum of 2-3 years experience with Agile development methodologies.
  4. Demonstrated experience in, and understanding of, digital marketing and search engine optimization.
  5. Proven leadership skills with experience driving complex, cross-functional product initiatives.
  6. Strong command of Development and UX tools such as Figma, ADO, JIRA, and others.
  7. Proven ability to work within cross-functional teams (including technology, marketing, account management, sales operations, and finance) and successfully bring products to market.
  8. Ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple and complex projects simultaneously in a quickly changing environment.
  9. Strong project management skills and analytical abilities.
  10. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
