Responsibilities

1. Strong organizing skills and able to maintain files, documents, and calendars/deadlines.
2. Very good working knowledge of hotel accounts receivables and payables procedures.
3. General Cashier (cash handling) knowledge of systems and procedures.
4. Comprehension of chargebacks, processes, procedures, controls, and how to identify problems causing chargebacks and able to interact with operations to reduce loss.
5. Strong customer relation skills; ability to handle complaints effectively and explain processes to guests. Also be able to work with other managers and team members within the hotel.

Qualifications

1. Prefer 1-2 years of brand related hotel accounting and or night audit experience with OnQ POS knowledge, and knowledge of M3 a plus.
