Project Engineer at Zephyr Rail

Responsibilities

  • In a supervisory capacity, plans, develops, coordinates, and directs a number of Rail/Track projects; or a Rail/Track project of major scope and importance; or is responsible for the entire program of her/his profession of an organization when the program is of limited complexity and scope.
  • As an individual, conceives, plans, and conducts much in problem areas of considerable scope and complexity.
  • Possesses the technical ability to serve as the technical specialist of a given project.
  • As a representative of the company, ensures client satisfaction, strives to maintain the progress and mutual interaction and tasks of various parties in such a way that reduces the risk of overall failure, maximizes benefits, and controls project costs while protecting the reputation of the company.
  • Plans, organizes, and supervises the work of a team of professionals.
  • Administrative direction received. May supervise, coordinate, and/or review the work of other professionals who assist in specific assignments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • CA PE.
  • 7+ years of Experience in Rail Track Design or Civil Roadway Design.
  • Proficient in Bentley Open Rail, Open Roads or Inrail. Proficiency in Civil 3D Rail Design may be acceptable.
  • Job presence in Orange, CA.
  • Authorized to Work in USA.

Salary Range

$60.00 - $100.00/hour
