You'll spend most of your time in our bustling warehouse, picking orders and loading trucks-but when it's time to hit the road, you'll be the friendly face bringing smiles to our customers.

Are You the One?
We're searching for someone who:

• Delivers customer service so great, customers will want to write you love letters!
• Is reliable and punctual-like a well-timed pit stop.
• Can work independently but also knows how to have fun with a team (think tire-tossing competitions).

What You'll Need:

• A valid Class D driver's license (no CDL needed-just your best driving moves).
• The ability to get insured under our company policy (we promise it's easier than getting a date on a Friday night).
• A knack for safely operating our company vehicle and forklifts-no bumper cars here!
• Willingness to pass a drug test and DOT physical
• The muscle to lift and move tires weighing between 30 - 80 lbs daily (we'll team up for anything over 80 lbs!)

Work Schedule: Join us Tuesday through Saturday-because who wants to work on Sundays and Mondays when you could be relaxing and plotting your next great adventure?

Qualifications

• Attention to Detail: You'll need to carefully pick and pack orders, ensuring everything is accurate and ready for delivery. Mistakes aren't just a "tire-some" problem; they can affect our customers, so precision is key!
• Safety-Oriented Mindset: Your safety and the safety of others are our top priority. You should have a solid understanding of safety protocols in the warehouse and while driving, ensuring that every task is completed without incidents.
• Strong Communication Skills: Whether you're interacting with team members or customers, being clear and friendly in your communication will help create a positive experience for everyone involved.
• Reliability and Punctuality: We need someone who shows up ready to roll-dependability is crucial for keeping our operations smooth and timely.
• Team Player with Independent Work Skills: You should be comfortable working independently but also thrive in a team environment. Sometimes you'll need to lift tires, and sometimes you'll need to lift spirits!
• Physical Stamina: The job involves manual labor, including lifting and moving tires ranging from 30 to 80 lbs daily. You should be physically capable of handling these tasks.
• Valid Class D Driver's License: A clean driving record is essential. You'll be responsible for safely operating our company vehicle, so we need you to be a skilled and cautious driver.
• Forklift Experience (Preferred): While not required, any experience operating forklifts is a bonus. If you don't have it yet, don't worry-we're happy to train the right person!
• Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn will go a long way in this role. We believe in growing together, so if you're open to feedback and development, you'll fit right in!
