Recruiting Associate

Recruiting Associate | Fully Remote or Hybrid (Chicago/West Loop)
Recruiting firm focused on financial services/wealth management, fintech, public/private/alternative investment management seeks Recruiting Associate to support project-oriented work around sourcing/communicating with talent for job openings.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Compile/clean data in spreadsheets/online CRM
Use LinkedIn to identify/research prospective candidates
Email/phone outreach to candidates about job opportunities
Manage candidate in applicant tracking system
General research for firm and ad hoc projects as directed
Communicate with internal colleagues via video chat/phone/text
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong communications skills; outgoing personality; self-motivated/driven to succeed; organizational focus with attention to detail; task/project-oriented; strong computer skills/tech savvy and research skills a plus
Prior office work or exposure to MS Office / LinkedIn a plus but not required; prior experience with CRM or ATS (Bullhorn, Loxo) a plus
