Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Garnish cooked food items with appropriate garnishes
- Communicate with Executive Chef on all problems, complaints and discrepancies
- Maintain a positive attitude and relationship with all employees and guest
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
- Experience in a high volume/ high quality operation preferred
- Knowledge of food service and table standards preferred
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
- Effective communication skills, oral and written
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to deal well with change and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Flexible to adapt and sensibly respond to the situation at hand
- Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment
- Ability to work nights, weekends and Holidays
- Present and maintain a positive attitude at all times
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
